Shaken Not Stirred! Mocktails!!!

Whats an evil party without the drinks? Heres some of my fav mocktails (like a cocktail but without the alcohol). Interesting glasses are always good to use here. Especially with guests who will appreciate the little things.

Coco Colada:
Coco Colada!
  • 4 oz pineapple juice
  • 2 oz. cream of coconut
In a blender, add 1 cup ice, 4 oz. pineapple juice and 2 oz. cream of coconut (or 6 oz. pina colada mix). Blend until slushy and strain into an old fashioned drinking or margarita glass. Garnish with an orange wheel.

Smart-ini
  • 2 oz pineapple juice
  • 2 tsp lime juice
  • 2 oz. cranberry juice

  1. In a cocktail shaker filled with ice, add 2 oz. pineapple juice, 2 tsp. lime juice and 2 oz. cranberry juice. Shake and strain into a Martini glass.
  2. Garnish with a pineapple and cranberry skewer.
Alternatively, add all ingredients to a rocks glass filled with ice; garnish as instructed.
You can also add Carbonated water to give it a bit of a fizz :)

Virgin raspberry daiquiri
  • 3 oz raspberry puree
  • 2 oz pineapple juice
  • 1/2 oz lemon juice
  • 1 tsp caster sugar
  • 1/2 oz raspberry syrup

  1. Blend briefly with half a glassful of crushed ice in a wine goblet. Garnish with raspberries, and serve.

Nookie on the Beach

  • 3 oz cranberry juice
  • 3 oz grapefruit juice
  • 2 oz peach nectar
  • 1 maraschino cherry
  1. Pour over ice in a chilled glass and stir. Garnish with a cherry
As a tip to decorate the glass, dip the mouth of the glass in lemon juice (alternatively use a lemon wedge) and then coat in some sugar to give it a lil sparkle.

Virgin Mojito

  • 2 Cups of Lemonade
  • Handful of Mint Leaves
  • Ice cubes
  • A can of 7Up/Sprite
  1. Make fresh lemonade from juice of 2 lemons/lime + sugar (Make it strong).
  2. Add to a blender (About 2 cups of lemonade) and to it add fresh mint leaves, about a handful & blend on high speed till mint leaves are blended in and drink should have a green color.
  3. Now in glasses, add a few ice cubes, pour 1/2 full with mint lemonade, and over it pour some 7UP/Sprite or even Tonic. Very refreshing.

Enjoy... not getting wasted :)
Its truely the evil way to live.... Mwhahahahahahaha
